How the prices are counted
Per person, before service
Every figure is for one guest. Many restaurants quote prices “++”, adding service and VAT to the bill. Supplements such as caviar are left out. Prices shown in other currencies use the day's exchange rate and are approximate.
Where prices come from
Dinner is the restaurant's main tasting menu, and wine is its wine pairing where one is offered. Prices come from each restaurant's own website and menus; restaurants that don't publish them are still to be priced.
