What changed in August 2026

The August 2026 guide added seven newly starred restaurants in Singapore: 1887 by André (two stars), Cherry Garden by Chef Fei, Jin Ting Wan, Loca Niru, Sushi Kimura +, Tenshima, and Yong Fu. It promoted Seroja to two stars.

When the stars are announced

The stars in Singapore come from the MICHELIN Guide Singapore, revealed once a year, usually in July or August. The latest selection was revealed on 4 August 2026 at Raffles Sentosa. Michelin hasn't named the next date yet; going by past years, expect it around August 2027. Every guide's dates are in our list of Michelin Guide ceremony dates.

Method

How the prices are counted

Per person, before service

Every figure is for one guest. Most Singapore restaurants price their menus “++”, adding a 10% service charge and then 9% GST to the bill, so expect to pay about 20% more than the figure shown. Hawker stalls such as Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle charge the price on the board. Supplements such as caviar or truffle courses are left out. Prices shown in other currencies use the day's exchange rate and are approximate.

Where prices come from

Dinner is the main tasting or omakase menu where there is one, and wine is the cheapest pairing for it. Where a restaurant offers several menus, the note says “from” and the cheapest is shown. Prices come from each restaurant's own website or booking page where they're published, otherwise from recent reviews and guides. Several Chinese restaurants are mainly à la carte, so they show no price where none is published. Lunch is the set or tasting lunch menu, and the note says which days it's served.

Stars and Google rating

The Google reviews score out of 5 and the number of reviews, checked in October 2026. Stars come from the MICHELIN Guide Singapore 2026, announced on 4 August 2026. A green ▲ marks a restaurant that gained a star in the July 2025 or August 2026 guide; restaurants that have closed since are kept at the bottom of the list.
