When the stars are announced
The stars in Stockholm come from the MICHELIN Guide Nordic Countries, revealed once a year, usually in June. The latest selection was revealed on 1 June 2026 at Tivoli Gardens, Copenhagen. Michelin hasn't named the next date yet; going by past years, expect it around June 2027. One ceremony covers Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Iceland. How the prices are counted
Per person, before service
Every figure is for one guest. Menu prices include VAT. Service is usually included, though some restaurants add a service charge; tipping is optional. Supplements such as caviar are left out. Prices shown in other currencies use the day's exchange rate and are approximate.
Where prices come from
Dinner is the restaurant's main tasting menu, and wine is its wine pairing where one is offered. Prices come from each restaurant's own website and menus; restaurants that don't publish them are still to be priced.
