How the prices are counted

Per person, before service

Every figure is for one guest. Many restaurants add a 10% service charge; VAT is usually included. Supplements such as caviar are left out. Prices shown in other currencies use the day's exchange rate and are approximate.

Where prices come from

Dinner is the restaurant's main tasting menu, and wine is its wine pairing where one is offered. Prices come from each restaurant's own website and menus; restaurants that don't publish them are still to be priced.

Stars and Google rating

The Google reviews score out of 5 and the number of reviews, checked in October 2026. Stars come from the latest MICHELIN Guide covering Philippines.
