The June 2026 guide added two newly starred restaurants in Lower Saxony: Harzfenster by Johannes Steingrüber and Restaurant Mohn.
When the stars are announced
The stars in Lower Saxony come from the MICHELIN Guide Germany, revealed once a year, usually in June. The latest selection was revealed on 23 June 2026 at the Palmengarten, Frankfurt. Per person, before service
Every figure is for one guest. Menu prices include VAT. Service is usually included, though some restaurants add a service charge; tipping is optional. Supplements such as caviar are left out. Prices shown in other currencies use the day's exchange rate and are approximate.
