New Michelin stars in Manhattan: the November 2025 guide

What changed in November 2025

The November 2025 guide added four newly starred restaurants in Manhattan: Bridges, Huso, Muku, and Yamada. It promoted Sushi Sho to three stars and Joo Ok to two stars. Masa dropped a star. One White Street, Red Paper Clip, Sushi Amane, and The Musket Room lost their stars.

When the stars are announced

The stars in Manhattan come from the MICHELIN Guide Northeast Cities, revealed once a year, usually in November or December. The latest selection was revealed on 18 November 2025 at the Kimmel Center, Philadelphia. The next ceremony is on 14 December 2026 at the Glasshouse, Manhattan. Since 2025 one ceremony covers New York, Chicago, Washington DC, Boston and Philadelphia. Every guide's dates are in our list of Michelin Guide ceremony dates.

How the prices are counted

Per person, before service

Every figure is for one guest and excludes sales tax, which varies by city (8.875% in New York City, for example), and tip, which is usually 18–22%. Many restaurants add a set service charge instead of a tip, and some San Francisco restaurants add a small surcharge for staff health care. Supplements such as caviar or truffle courses are left out. Prices shown in other currencies use the day's exchange rate and are approximate.

Where prices come from

Dinner is the main tasting or omakase menu where there is one, and wine is the cheapest pairing for it. We take prices from each restaurant's own website where they're published, otherwise from its booking page (Tock, Resy or OpenTable), recent reviews and guides. À la carte restaurants show a typical main course (“per main”). Lunch is the set or tasting lunch menu where there is one.

Stars and Google rating

The Google reviews score out of 5 and the number of reviews, checked in October 2026. Stars come from the MICHELIN Guide New York 2025, announced on 18 November 2025. A green ▲ marks a restaurant that gained a star in the December 2024 or November 2025 guide; a red ▼ marks one that lost a star.
