When the stars are announced

The stars in Northern Ireland come from the MICHELIN Guide Great Britain & Ireland, revealed once a year, usually in February. The latest selection was revealed on 9 February 2026 at the Convention Centre Dublin. Michelin hasn't named the next date yet; going by past years, expect it around February 2027. The ceremony is streamed live on the MICHELIN Guide's YouTube channel, and the new selection goes up on its website and app the same evening. Every guide's dates are in our list of Michelin Guide ceremony dates.

How the prices are counted

Per person, before service

Every figure is for one guest and excludes service charge, which most UK restaurants add at 10–15% (12.5–15% in London). Supplements such as caviar or truffle courses are left out. Prices shown in other currencies use the day's exchange rate and are approximate.

Where prices come from

Dinner is the main tasting menu where there is one, and wine is the cheapest pairing for it. We take prices from each restaurant's own website where they're published, otherwise from recent reviews and booking sites. À la carte restaurants show a typical main course (“per main”) or typical spend per person. Lunch is the restaurant's set or tasting lunch menu, and the note says which days it's served.

Stars and Google rating

The Google reviews score out of 5 and the number of reviews, checked in October 2026. Stars and addresses come from the Michelin Guide Great Britain & Ireland 2026, announced on 9 February 2026. A green ▲ marks a restaurant that gained a star in the February 2025 or February 2026 guide; a red ▼ marks one that lost its star.
