When the stars are announced
The stars in Graubünden come from the MICHELIN Guide Switzerland, revealed once a year, usually in October or November. The latest selection was revealed on 20 October 2025 at EHL Hospitality Business School, Lausanne. The next ceremony is on 2 November 2026 at the Andermatt Concert Hall. Per person, before service
Every figure is for one guest. Menu prices include VAT. Service is usually included, though some restaurants add a service charge; tipping is optional. Supplements such as caviar are left out. Prices shown in other currencies use the day's exchange rate and are approximate.
