The December 2025 guide added seven newly starred restaurants in Czechia: Restaurant Papilio (two stars), Casa De Carli, Entrée, ESSENS, La Villa Restaurant, LEVITATE, and Štangl.
When the stars are announced
The stars in Czechia come from the MICHELIN Guide Czechia, revealed once a year, usually in December. The latest selection was revealed on 11 December 2025 at Mariánské Lázně. Per person, before service
Every figure is for one guest. Menu prices include VAT. Service is usually included, though some restaurants add a service charge; tipping is optional. Supplements such as caviar are left out. Prices shown in other currencies use the day's exchange rate and are approximate.
Where prices come from
Dinner is the restaurant's main tasting menu, and wine is its wine pairing where one is offered. Prices come from each restaurant's own website and menus; restaurants that don't publish them are still to be priced.
