The stars in Hangzhou come from the MICHELIN Guide Shanghai, Jiangsu & Zhejiang, revealed once a year, usually in April. The latest selection was revealed on 9 April 2026 at Taizhou, Zhejiang. Michelin hasn't named the next date yet; going by past years, expect it around April 2027. From 2026 one guide covers Shanghai, Hangzhou and the Jiangsu and Zhejiang cities.
