How the prices are counted
Per person, before service
Every figure is for one guest. Argentine menu prices include 21% VAT; service isn't added to the bill, and a tip of around 10% is customary. Some restaurants also charge a small cover (cubierto). Prices shown in other currencies use the day's exchange rate and are approximate.
Where prices come from
Dinner is the restaurant's main tasting menu, and wine is its wine pairing where one is offered. Several Mendoza winery restaurants open only at lunch; for those the same menu is shown under both Dinner and Lunch, with a note. Prices come from each restaurant's own website where they're published, otherwise from recent Argentine press.
Stars and Google rating
The Google reviews score out of 5 and the number of reviews, checked in October 2026. Stars come from the MICHELIN Guide Argentina 2026, announced in July 2026; green ▲ marks the four restaurants that gained their first star in it.
