The MICHELIN Guide Netherlands 2026 was revealed on October 5, 2026 at MECC Maastricht. It gave nine restaurants their first stars (Azurite and SUIS straight in with two) and dropped two restaurants that closed, changed or lost their stars. The Netherlands now has 1 three-star, 20 two-star and 98 one-star restaurants in the guide.

New two-star restaurants in 2026
In Delft, Azurite ↗ (Modern Cuisine) entered the guide with two stars. Its head chef is Mario Ridder. Its dinner tasting menu costs €229 (about US$260).
In Schin op Geul, SUIS ↗ (Creative) entered the guide with two stars. Its head chef is Ralf Berendsen. Its dinner tasting menu costs €225 (about US$255), or €95 (about US$105) at lunch.
